VAÏVAE offers international Express shipping from the United Arab Emirates for all orders. Orders are prepared and dispatched through our appointed logistics and delivery partners.

Order Processing

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be prepared for dispatch from our fulfillment facility within one to two business days.

Orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, and successful processing. During launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, preparation times may be extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, customs clearance, local regulations, or circumstances outside of VAÏVAE’s reasonable control.

Our logistics partners may determine the appropriate transportation method and local delivery provider for your destination.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information required for delivery and customs clearance.

Delivery Issues

VAÏVAE cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, customs procedures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your parcel appears to be lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the shipment with our logistics partner.
