Returns Policy

We hope you love your VAÏVAE pieces. Should you wish to return an item, we accept eligible returns in accordance with the conditions below.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, fragrance, makeup, or other use may not be accepted.

How to Return

To request a return, please contact customers@vaivae.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Once your return has been authorized, you will receive instructions for sending your parcel back to our designated returns facility.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

Unless the item received is incorrect or confirmed defective, return shipping costs and any applicable duties or charges associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Inspection & Refunds

All returned items are received and inspected by our fulfillment facility before a refund is approved.

Once your return has been received and successfully inspected, we will notify you of its status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

VAÏVAE reserves the right to decline a return or refund where an item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact customers@vaivae.com promptly after delivery with your order details and photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the matter and arrange the appropriate resolution where applicable.

Final Sale

Items expressly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
